Rules & Regulations
All students at DDC are required to have a membership.
You must sign in with your membership number prior to taking class.
You will not be permitted to enter class if you are more than 15 minutes late, unless the instructor gives you permission.
Dancers under the age of 15 must have DDC approval before taking an adult class.
Dancers under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign for them under the liability section of the membership form.
Classes need a minimum of 5 students in attendance in order to run.
Payment
Payment is due prior to taking a class.
There will be no extensions, refunds, or transfers of monthly/weekly/progressives course passes.
Professional rates are for the UBCP, DTRC, CADA members only. If you are not a member of one of these, you must bring in a resume to prove professional status.
Monthly and weekly unlimited passes are valid for one month/week from the date purchased.
Conduct
Still cameras, video and audio recorders are restricted at all times inside the studio. You may not photograph or record a class unless given permission from the choreographer. See our front desk for more information.
The writing of dance notes (dance notation of any kind) of any class is prohibited, except when the teacher has given permission and has notified the centre.
DDC and its instructors are not liable or responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Liability Disclaimer - DDC and the teachers are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform the teacher of any personal limitations you may have. If you have any doubt to your physical abilities, please consult with your physician before participating.
No gum chewing.
Please turn off (or put on vibrate) all cell phones and other things that beep and make noise.
Anyone caught stealing will be permanently banned from Drive Dance Centre.
Any sort of discrimination, racism, or sexism towards others will not be tolerated.
Please keep social discussion to a minimum during class.
Please clean up after yourself.
