About Drive Dance Centre

DDC is Vancouver’s hottest professional drop-in dance centre, offering classes in a variety of dance styles from Jazz and Ballet, to Hip Hop and Pussycat Dolls. Established in August 2007 by Geneen Georgiev (credits include dancer for Sucker Punch) and Melena Rounis (credits include dancer for Cirque du Soleil), two extremely diverse performers and instructors whose talents have been sought both locally and internationally. The studio is focused on providing a mature and supportive atmosphere where both recreational and professional dancers can train and grow as artists. DDC caters to dancers of all levels, from beginner recreational dancers to professionals. Whether you are seeking a technical training class, or inspiring groove session, we aim to inspire our community and are excited to share our knowledge of various styles with dancers of every age and level. In addition to their talented in-house faculty, DDC hosts a variety of workshops and master classes taught by celebrity dancers and choreographers who have worked with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Don Omar, Will Smith, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé and more, as well as choreographers and finalists from the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance”!
